3 Simple Ingredients DIY Hair Strengthening Mask

Hey Beauties πŸ’“

Welcome to my blog πŸ’

Lately, I have been so lazy to make a visit to the salon for hair spa treatment and that's when I decided to give my hair a natural hair spa using simple ingredients which can easily be found in your kitchen.
Being lazy can make you super creative at times.

I concocted the easiest hair mask which gave me instant results. If you want to know the recipe then keep on reading. 😊

Things you need

- BANANA: (Minion's food πŸ˜›)
Depending on my mid length hair I took 2 ripe bananas. You can take more if you have long hair. Banana has many good moisturising properties. It is rich in potassium, vitamins and carbohydrates which help in strengthening and nourishing hair.

- HONEY: (Pooh's love πŸ˜‹)
You will need 2-3 tablespoon of honey. Honey is known for its anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and moisturising properties.

- OLIVE OIL: (Healthy hair's best friendπŸ˜‰)
You will need 3-4 tablespoon of Olive oil. Olive oil is great for providing intense moisturising and it also prevents hair fall.

3 Steps Simple DIY Recipe

Step 1

Take 2 or more ripe bananas. (Ripe banana works best) Cut into small pieces. Put them into blender or mixer.

Step 2

Now add honey and olive oil to it.

Step 3

Turn your mixer on and let it blend for 2-3 minutes or until you get a smooth paste like consistency.
Voila! Your hair mask is ready to use.

How to use?

Brush your hair to get rid off any tangles. Make four equal sections of your hair and apply the blend onto your roots till the ends liberally.
Once you finished applying it all over your hair. Tie your hair in a high bun and wrap it up with a shower cap or aluminium foil so that your hair soak up all the goodness of the ingredients easily.
Wait for at least 1 hour and then wash it off with mild shampoo and conditioner.
Let your hair air dry and there you have it smooth, luscious and super shiny hair.

This is one of the best hair mask recipes I have ever tried. I don't feel going for a salon hair spa treatment after using this. The effect lasts longer than salon's treatment. Try this easy to do strengthening hair mask. Believe me, you are going to love this. Share your experiences in the comment section below as I would love to read them.
